How do I purchase a MailRush-managed SMTP service?

Before you start

• A domain you own, or a new .com, .net or .org domain to register through MailRush.
• A Visa or MasterCard. The free trial does not include MailRush email accounts.

Steps

1. Go to Email Accounts, click + Add Email Account, select MailRush.io Email Service and click Use MailRush Email.
2. Under Domain Configuration, enter Your Domain and choose I own this domain (registered elsewhere), This domain is already registered with MailRush or Register a new domain with MailRush.
3. On a trial account, choose the main plan to activate in Activate Main Plan.
4. Under Select SMTP Configuration, choose a shared-IP or dedicated-IP email server.
5. Under Email Address Configuration, enter the mailbox address and the sender's first and last name.
6. Review Due Today and the recurring monthly total. Reaching the review creates a pending order and an unpaid invoice; nothing is charged yet.
7. Pay with your saved payment method or a different card. The mailbox is set up automatically after payment.
8. Open the account's menu (⋮), choose View DNS and publish the DNS records shown.

Prices (USD)

• Email server with shared IP: $15/month, first email account included.
• Email server with dedicated IP: $29/month, first email account included.
• Additional email accounts on the same server: $5/month each.
• New domain registered through MailRush: $20 per year. Your own domain: no charge. No setup fee.

Good to know

• Each MailRush email account sends up to 100 emails per hour and 600 per day, within your plan.
• A domain can serve MailRush email for only one MailRush account at a time.
• The mailbox password is kept by MailRush; direct SMTP or IMAP login from other software is not a self-service option.

Troubleshooting

I changed my mind before paying.

Cancel the pending order from the pending order notice. Nothing is charged for it.

My new domain is still pending.
