How are MailRush subscriptions and SMTP services billed?

Updated Nov 2, 2026

Your MailRush plan and any MailRush email accounts are separate monthly services, renewed automatically on your default card.

What you pay for

  • Plan (Starter, Pro, Scale…): monthly.
  • MailRush email service: an add-on to the plan. Email server $15/month (shared IP) or $29/month (dedicated IP), first account included, $5/month for each additional account.
  • Domain registered through MailRush: $20 per year.
  • Credit packs: one-time purchases of validations or People Finder credits.
  • Accounts connected with Use My Own Email cost nothing extra.

If a renewal is not paid

  • Days count from the invoice due date, and each step comes with an email to the account owner.
  • Day 0: we try your default card once more and remind you that the invoice is due.
  • Day 3: past due; for a plan invoice the account is marked past due and you keep access.
  • Day 5: final suspension warning. Day 7: the service is suspended: the whole account for a plan invoice, only the email service for an email invoice.
  • Day 14: final cancellation warning. Day 21: the service is cancelled automatically.
  • Suspension and cancellation always wait for their final warning (2 and 7 days); the warning email states the date.
  • Paying all overdue invoices before cancellation restores the service at the next daily billing run.

Refunds

  • All paid orders are final. Review the totals before you pay; an unpaid pending order can be cancelled from the pending order notice.
