How do I monitor campaign performance?

Campaigns shows lifetime totals per campaign; each campaign's report adds trends for a date range.

Campaigns page

  • Summary: Total Campaigns, Total Sends, Avg Open Rate, Avg Click Rate and Bounce Rate.
  • Per campaign: Recipients, Sends, Opens, Clicks, Replies and Bounces, with percentages of sends.
  • Opens count unique contacts; clicks, replies and bounces count events. How it is calculated explains each number.

Campaign report

  • Click the chart icon (View campaign analytics and performance) for the Email Campaign Report: trends over a date range, each contact's activity and an analysis of engagement, copy and deliverability, with export to Excel or PDF.
