How do I monitor reply rates?

The Replies column in Campaigns shows each campaign's replies with the percentage of sends.

Good to know

  • Replies are counted only when they reach a mailbox MailRush reads. With Outgoing campaigns only and no Reply forwarding, replies are not counted.
  • The campaign report shows replies over a date range and per contact.
  • Low reply rates with good opens usually point to the message or the audience.
