How do I review campaign activity?

Steps

1. In Campaigns, click the chart icon (View campaign analytics and performance).
2. Choose the date range.
3. Review the contact details: each status shows whether the contact had that event at least once in the range, and Current Step shows their current sequence step.
4. Export to Excel or PDF if you need to share it.

Good to know

• The report applies a date window and counts daily unique opens, so its numbers can differ from the lifetime totals on the Campaigns page.
