How do I view sent, delivered, and bounced emails?

MailRush records what the receiving server reports. It does not measure inbox placement.

Definitions

  • Sent / delivered: the receiving mail server accepted the email. It may still land in spam.
  • Bounced: a bounce report for the email reached a mailbox MailRush reads.
  • Failed: the email was refused while sending.

Where to see them

  • Sends and Bounces columns in Campaigns, and the campaign report.
  • Bounce reasons and domains on the Feedback Loop page.
  • Your daily and 30-day sending totals under My Plan.
