How do I create an automated email sequence?

Steps

1. In Campaigns, click the pencil icon (Edit email sequence and templates).
2. Choose the Email Sender.
3. In Step 1, enter a Subject and the Email Body, or apply one of your templates with Template.
4. Choose Track Opens, Track Clicks and Add Unsubscription Link for the step.
5. Set Wait for … days, then and click Add Step for each follow-up.
6. Click Save Sequence.

Good to know

• Sending follows the campaign's Schedule, Daily Limits and Frequency settings.
• If you edit a step later, emails not yet sent use the saved version.
• A send whose result is uncertain is never sent again automatically, so a contact does not receive the same email twice.
