How do I validate email addresses before sending?

Steps

1. In Contacts, filter to the contacts you want to check, for example by their import tag.
2. Select them, or use Select all … results.
3. Open the menu (⋮) and choose Validate. You see how many contacts were accepted for validation.
4. Filter by validation status to review the results.

Good to know

• Your monthly allowance and its reset date are shown under My Plan. Contacts beyond your remaining validations are reported as not accepted.
• Contacts marked invalid are skipped by campaigns.
• Buy more with Buy credits under My Plan; purchased validations never expire.
