How do I buy more email validations or People Finder credits?

Steps

1. Open Buy credits under My Plan, Buy validations on the Dashboard, or Buy Credits in People Finder.
2. Choose a pack or bundle and pay by card like any invoice.
3. The credits are added as soon as the payment is confirmed.

Good to know

• Purchased credits never expire and are used only after your monthly allowance runs out.
• Every account includes 15 People Finder credits per month, reset on your subscription date.
• A People Finder search uses 1 credit per 10 people found. With fewer credits than that, it loads only the people your credits cover. With no credits left, the store opens on its People Finder packs.
• Available to active and trial accounts; not while past due, suspended, cancelled or with an expired trial.
• Purchased credits are not refunded. An unpaid checkout can be cancelled from the store if no payment was attempted.
