How do I preview personalized emails?

Steps

1. In the sequence editor, click Preview on a step. Step 1 needs a subject first.
2. Read the subject and body. Click Regenerate Preview for another variation.
3. Click Close when done, or Send Preview Test to email it to yourself.

Good to know

• When no contact is found, the preview says it uses sample data.
• For a follow-up in the same thread, the preview quotes a sample first email; real follow-ups quote the email each contact received.
• In HTML Editor mode, an Inline Preview (read-only) shows your HTML as you type.
