How do I cancel automatic renewal?

Steps

1. Pay or review any open invoices under Settings, My Billing.
2. Go to Settings, tab My Account, Danger Zone.
3. Tell us why you are leaving, confirm I understand that this cannot be undone and cancel.

What cancelling does

• It takes effect right away; it cannot be scheduled for the end of the billing period.
• Everyone in your organization loses access, and no further automatic charges are made to your saved cards.
• MailRush email accounts are disabled but not deleted. A domain registered through MailRush is not renewed.
• Sign-in email addresses stay linked to the cancelled account and cannot sign up again. To come back, contact support to reactivate it.
• Only the account owner can cancel.
