How do I check whether my IP is blacklisted?

Updated Nov 2, 2026

MailRush does not monitor public blocklists. It notices blocklisting only from the bounce reports it receives.

Steps

  1. Look for bounces citing a blocklist on the Feedback Loop page, and for senders under Sending restrictions.
  2. Use public blocklist lookups, Google Postmaster Tools for your domain and Microsoft SNDS for IPs.
  3. Lower or pause the affected campaigns. MailRush already pauses a sender for a provider for 1 day when its bounces cite a blocklist.
  4. MailRush email server: open a support ticket with the blocklist name. Server IPs are managed by MailRush.
  5. Your own provider: contact that provider; MailRush does not control its IPs.
  6. After delisting, resume with a lower daily limit.
