How do I update my payment method?

Steps

1. Open Settings, tab My Billing, and click Manage Payment Methods.
2. Add the new card.
3. Click Set Default on the new card. Renewals are charged only to the default card.
4. Remove the old card.

Same card with a new expiry date

• Click Edit on the saved card and choose the new month and year. The card number cannot be changed.
• Adding a card that is already saved does not create a second copy: the saved card is updated with the details you entered.

Default card

• Only an unexpired Visa or MasterCard can be the default.
• When the default card expires or is removed, your newest valid card becomes the default the next time you add, edit or remove a card.

When a card must stay on file

• While you have a paid subscription, MailRush email service or MailRush-registered domain that renews automatically, or an unpaid invoice, at least one valid card (an unexpired Visa or MasterCard) must stay on file. Add the new card before removing the old one.
• On a free plan, during a trial or after your subscriptions end, you can remove every card if you have no unpaid invoices.
