How do I segment contacts?

Steps

1. In Contacts, filter by tag, by validation status, or search by email or name.
2. Select the contacts. To include every match, use Select all … results.
3. Click Tag Contacts, choose a tag for the segment and click Apply Tag.
4. Choose that tag when you create the campaign. A contact in any of a campaign's tags is included.

Good to know

• While a campaign is running, contacts you add later to its tags are emailed automatically.
• Unsubscribed, suppressed and invalid contacts are skipped even if they have the tag.
