How do I pause or resume a campaign?

Steps

1. Turn Run off to pause. The campaign shows Paused and sends no more emails, follow-ups included.
2. Turn Run on to resume. Waiting emails resume one at a time at the campaign's delay; they never go out in a burst.

Good to know

• Pausing keeps each contact's progress; nothing is lost or resent.
• While a campaign is running, contacts you add later to its tags are emailed automatically. Pause it if you do not want that.
• Pausing or changing tags does not cancel first emails already waiting in the queue; they go out when you resume. Already-emailed, unsubscribed and suppressed contacts are still skipped.
