Video tutorial for removing invalid contacts from your campaign

Keeping your email list clean is an essential part of any cold email marketing campaign. Invalid contacts can negatively impact your deliverability rate, and can also skew your performance metrics. In this video tutorial, we’ll show you how to easily remove invalid contacts from a campaign so that you can keep your email list clean and your campaign running smoothly.

First, log into the dashboard and navigate to the campaign section. Once there, click on “view contact list” and you’ll see a list of all the contacts associated with that campaign. For this campaign, we have one invalid contact that we need to remove.

To do this, we will use the “filter” option to remove one or more invalid contacts. From the filter list, select the “status” option and select the “invalid” option. This will display all invalid email addresses. Click the plus sign to add this selection to the filter. Then click on the “magnifying glass” icon to execute the search. The list will only display invalid emails.

Next, select all the contacts from the list. Click the “actions” button and then “delete selected” and “accept” to delete invalid contacts permanently. This will remove the invalid contacts from your campaign permanently.

Lastly, you can click on the filter “reset” option to clear the filter and display all your contacts. This will show you the updated contact list and all valid contacts you have for your campaign.
